Whether you’re confronting anxiety, depression, or just trying to make sense of life’s complexities, I’m here to offer support, guidance, and tools for lasting change. Sometimes the weight of stress, sadness, worry or struggles in navigating difficult situations show up in life unexpectedly. As a dedicated therapist, I specialize in helping individuals find clarity, peace, and strengthen resilience in the face of life’s toughest challenges.
